Boutique Hotel d'Oued

Where water meets luxury

Water is the central axis of this project, inspired by the concept of creating an artificial river from the existing topography. This river serves as a fundamental axis in the design of the resort, shaping a landscape with paths, beachside pools and bridges, which give the areas of the boutique hotel a distinctive character.

In terms of circulation, an external route allows the passage of electric vehicles, while pedestrian paths offer guests a variety of routes and spaces. The main building acts as a central arrival and meeting point. The ground floor houses the lobby, administration, lounges, bar and restaurants, while the first floor is reserved exclusively for suites. The basement includes a parking area, general services and a spa that extends to riverside terraces.

Three types of accommodation on individual plots offer different experiences of life in nature. The “Presidential” suites feature an exclusive design, maximum privacy and incomparable views of the river and the Atlas Mountains. The “Seniors” occupy the highest part of the terraced terrain, reflecting the style of the Moroccan Kasbah. Finally, the “Juniors” are grouped around open-air spaces, capturing the essence of traditional Islamic gardens.

The inclusion of productive gardens with fruits, vegetables and aromatic herbs enhances the hotel's gastronomic offering and complements the sustainable integration of the proposal.
