The project for Plot HA2 in Playa Macenas (Mojácar) proposes architecture fully integrated into the natural landscape. Inspired by the colors of the earth, the rock formations, and the native vegetation (limoneum), the design seeks to respect the existing topography and create a harmonious experience between nature and architecture.
The master plan is organized around a central hub, which acts as the heart of the complex: a hotel with meeting rooms, a fitness/spa area, and retail spaces. From this core, the residential areas unfold in a cascading fashion, adapting to the different levels of the terrain and offering views of the sea and the golf course.
Water plays an essential role in the design, creating an oasis that generates diverse microclimates and recreational areas throughout the complex. Each sector is conceived with its own identity and can be developed in phases, organized around communal areas and swimming pools that encourage social interaction.
The combination of green roofs, whitewashed walls, and local stone reinforces the project's integration into the surroundings, achieving a contemporary Mediterranean architecture that blends naturally with the landscape.
