Sustainable luxury: the vision of Tenerife eco-resorts.

The master plan of this eco-resort in Tenerife focuses on preserving the orography and the local landscape, moving away from the typical stereotypes of resorts to immerse visitors in the natural environment.

Firstly, the resort is organised around a water axis perpendicular to the coast. This axis features spaces enriched by waterfalls, an artificial lake suitable for kayaking, successive pools and a recreational area for children and adults. In addition, the hotels are spread over three floors and lined up on both sides of the water axis. These hotels offer a total of 300 rooms in Deluxe and Junior Suite configurations, all equipped with amenities and a balcony or terrace.

In addition, the resort includes luxury facilities such as a spa, gym and restaurants. The aim is to establish a unique luxury retreat in a privileged location. This resort provides access to San Blas beach, a traditional fishing village, nearby restaurants and shops and the Golf del Sur resort.

The landscaping that incorporates local species stands out, creating visually striking spaces with palm trees, cacti and succulents on a base of natural stones. In addition, the careful design enhances the aesthetic appeal of the resort and promotes sustainability.

This project was conceptualized by BCEstudioGroup and developed in collaboration with the GCA studio and landscaper Ana Esteve.

In conclusion, this eco-resort offers a luxurious and immersive experience that harmonizes with the natural beauty of Tenerife. The integration of local elements and sustainable practices guarantees a unique and environmentally friendly refuge for visitors.
