Isla Verde is an innovative residential and urban complex designed according to sustainability criteria and in harmony with the marine environment. Conceived as a laboratory for ecological urbanism, this project integrates architecture, nature, and technology to create a self-sufficient community on the Mediterranean coast.
The complex is built on an 80,000 m² ecological base, consisting of 640,000 m³ of natural rock that acts as a marine habitat and supports the entire project.

Sustainability and Design
The project prioritizes energy self-sufficiency, combining solar, wind, and geothermal energy, water recycling systems, and 100% electric mobility. Each home is oriented to maximize natural light and cross-ventilation, minimizing energy consumption.
Isla Verde has been recognized for its innovative value and environmental commitment, and is part of the exhibition “Il·luminacions. Catalunya Visionària”, supported by Greenpeace as an example of balance between urban development and nature.
